Shyam Paw is part of the e-mobility team at SBRS, where he focuses on high-performance charging and depot electrification solutions for heavy-duty fleets. With 15 years of experience in powertrain development, thermal systems and charging ecosystems, he supports the transition to electric mobility through smart infrastructure strategies.

Previously at Shell, Shyam played a key role in developing scalable charging solutions for electric HGVs and buses. His work enables fleet operators to adopt electric transport without compromising on performance, safety or operational competitiveness.
