Joshua Ryor is the Assistant Secretary of Energy at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs and Chair of the Massachusetts Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Coordinating Council. He leads key initiatives advancing electric vehicle adoption, grid planning, and energy affordability across the state.

Joshua works to strengthen energy systems through regulatory innovations and collaborative strategies that promote clean transport and sustainability. His leadership supports Massachusetts’ vision for a resilient, equitable, and future-focused energy transition.
