BIOGRAPHY

Andrew Rogers is a former senior official at the US Department of Transportation and the United States Senate, and a key architect of America’s national EV charging strategy. As Deputy Administrator and Chief Counsel of the Federal Highway Administration, he led the $350 billion Federal-aid Highway Programme and helped launch the landmark NEVI initiative.

Andrew now advises governments, investors, and industry partners on transport modernisation, large-scale infrastructure delivery, and effective deployment of EV charging systems across global and national markets.
