BIOGRAPHY

Adam Ruder is the Director of the Clean Transportation group at the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority. He leads initiatives that advance electric vehicles, school bus electrification, public transport innovations, and sustainable mobility solutions across New York State.

Adam has been instrumental in implementing the State’s efforts to expand electric vehicle adoption and collaborates closely with other states and national agencies to develop unified clean transportation strategies and policies that drive meaningful progress in reducing emissions and improving mobility.
